What we collect
When you run an audit we store the website address you submit, the platform, business model and product category you select, and technical details of the pages we scanned. When you unlock a report we store your name, mobile number, email address, optional company name and your consent. We also record basic campaign information such as referrer and UTM parameters.
How we use it
We use your audit data to generate your report and improve the tool. We use your contact details to send your report and to contact you about your results and related Social Wits services.
Website scanning
Our scan is read-only. We request publicly available pages of the website you submit, analyse a representative sample, and do not attempt to log in, place orders, or modify anything on your store.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Reports are private to the person who runs the audit and to the Social Wits team.
Your choices
You may ask us to delete your contact details and audit records at any time by contacting Social Wits.
